GulfStar Group Awarded Technology & Business Services Deal of the Year by ACG Houston

HOUSTON, May 4, 2020 -- The Association for Corporate Growth ("ACG") Houston proudly announced GulfStar Group ("GulfStar") as the winner at the Third Annual Deal of the Year Awards via an online video ceremony posted on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. The Majority Recapitalization of John M. Floyd & Associates ("JMFA") by Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company ("HKW"), led by Managing Directors Kent Kahle and Colt Luedde, won Technology & Business Services Deal of the Year.
