Bryan joined GulfStar Group in 2026 from Chiron Financial, where he worked as an Associate on sell-side and buy-side M&A deals, multi-tranche debt & equity capital raises, and advisory & restructuring transactions across a variety of sectors, including industrials, manufacturing, consumer retail and business services. Prior to Chiron, Bryan held internships with both Mosaic Advisors and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance (magna cum laude) from the University of Houston. He also served as a member of the Investment Banking Scholars Club.
