T&T Engineering Services, Inc. Has Been Acquired by Schlumberger

HOUSTON, November 4, 2015 – GulfStar Group (“GulfStar”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of T&T Engineering Services, Inc. (“T&T Engineering” or the “Company”) by Schlumberger. GulfStar served as the exclusive financial advisor to T&T Engineering throughout the transaction, which closed on September 30, 2015.

T&T Engineering is a leading provider of proprietary products and engineering services to the energy industry. Products include state-of-the-art drilling structures and drilling equipment that deliver superior operational safety, reductions in non-productive work, greater reliability and improved interface with other rig equipment and operations.

Schlumberger is a leading supplier of technology, integrated project management and information solutions to customers working in the oil and gas industry worldwide.

The GulfStar team consisted of Managing Director Alan Blackburn, Associate Ben Stanton and Analyst Sahil Raj.
