TriStar Global Energy Solutions, Inc., one of the leading hydrocarbon cleaning and decontamination companies in the U.S., elected to divest two subsidiaries: TriStar PetroServ, Inc. and Global Vapor Control, Inc (collectively referred to as TriStar Tank Services (“TTS”). TTS provides specialized services focused on technical tank cleaning and degassing in refineries and midstream facilities in the Gulf Coast and throughout the United States.
